Text
No person is qualified as a producer representative unless he applies to the department for a biennial certificate of registration and the certificate has been approved and issued. The department must provide appropriate forms for application for a certificate of registration as a producer representative. Upon submission of an application for a certificate of registration, a fee of fifty dollars must be paid to the department.
