(A)Except as otherwise provided in subsection (B), this chapter applies to electronic records and electronic signatures relating to a transaction.
(B)This chapter does not apply to a transaction:
(1)in connection with an order for prescription drugs; or (2) to the extent the transaction is governed by:
(a)a law governing the creation and execution of wills, codicils, or testamentary trusts;
(b)the Uniform Commercial Code, other than Sections 36-1-107 and 36-1-206, Chapter 2 of Title 36, and Chapter 2A of Title 36; or (c) the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 114 Stat. 464, 15 U.S.C. at 7001 et seq., but it is not intended to limit, modify, or supersede Section 101(c) of the act, and to the extent that the notices exempted below are excluded from the scope of t
