Text
Any person violating the provisions of such rules and regulations shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days.

ARTICLE 14 Passive Soil-Based On-Site Disposal Systems Editor's Note 2003 Act No. 49, SECTION 2, provides as follows: "This act . . . applies to all passive soil-based on-site disposal systems installed on or after this act's effective date regardless of whether such systems previously had been approved pursuant to any law, regulation, demonstration protocol, policy, or other government directive."
