§ 48-52-425 — Limitation on amount school districts must spend on energy conservation.

South Carolina·Title 48 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND CONSERVATION·Ch. 52 ENERGY EFFICIENCY
No public school district may be required to expend more than one hundred dollars a year to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
