§ 11-51-180 — Investment by executors, administrators, and other fiduciaries.

South Carolina·Title 11 PUBLIC FINANCE·Ch. 51 SOUTH CAROLINA RESEARCH UNIVERSITY INFRASTRUCTURE ACT
It is lawful for executors, administrators, guardians, and other fiduciaries to invest monies in their hands in general obligation debt issued pursuant to this chapter.
