When any real property used as a hazardous waste storage or disposal facility permitted under SECTIONS 44-56-10 through 44-56-140 is sold, leased, conveyed or transferred in any manner, the deed or other instrument of transfer shall contain in the legal description in no smaller type than that used in the body of such deed or instrument, the following statement: "The real property conveyed or transferred by this instrument has previously been used as a storage or disposal facility for hazardous wastes."
