HISTORY: 2000 Act No. 387, Part II, SECTION 69A.2. Editor's Note 2000 Act No. 387, Part II, SECTION 69A.6, provides as follows: "If a provision of this subsection, including the provisions of Chapter 49, Title 11 of the 1976 Code as added by it, or the application of a provision to a person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this subsection or the chapter added by it which may be given effect without the invalid provision or application. To this end, the provisions of this subsection and the chapter added by it are severable."
