§ 44-43-1430 — Registrant information.
South Carolina·Title 44 HEALTH·Ch. 43 DISPOSITIONS OF HUMAN BODIES AND PARTS; POST-MORTEM EXAMINATIONS
Donate Life South Carolina shall maintain and update the following information which must be included in the registry on each registrant:
(1)full name, address, sex, birth date, and race;
(2)driver's license number or other unique identifying number; and (3) other pertinent identifying personal information.
