(A)This article applies to travel insurance sold, solicited, negotiated, or offered in this State that covers a resident in this State and is delivered or issued for delivery in this State. It does not apply to cancellation fee waivers and travel assistance services except as expressly provided herein.
(B)All other applicable provisions of this title continue to apply to travel insurance. In the event of a conflict between a provision of this article and any other applicable provisions of this title, the provision of this article controls.
