Text

Any person who violates the provisions of Section 12-37-2610 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for a period not to exceed thirty days, or both.

HISTORY: 1980 Act No. 432, SECTION 2; 2019 Act No. 69 (H.3916), SECTION 1, eff May 16, 2019. Effect of Amendment 2019 Act No. 69, SECTION 1, substituted "is guilty" for "shall be deemed guilty" and "five hundred dollars" for "one hundred dollars".
