§ 11-35-810 — Creation of Materials Management Office.
There is hereby created, within the Division of Procurement Services, a Materials Management Office to be headed by the Materials Management Officer.

Effect of Amendment 2019 Act No. 41, SECTION 12, substituted "Division of Procurement Services" for "Office of General Services".
