A change order or a contract modification may not alter a contract in a manner or degree inconsistent with the underlying purposes and policies of this code or the regulations of the board.

Code Commissioner's Note At the direction of the Code Commissioner, Section 11-35-1610, as added by 2019 Act No. 41, SECTION 28, was redesignated as Section 11-35-2060 and placed under Subarticle 9. Editor's Note 2019 Act No. 41, SECTION 80, provides as follows: "SECTION 80. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor and applies to solicitations issued after that date."
