§ 35-1-810 — Notification of agencies.

South Carolina·Title 35 SECURITIES·Ch. 1 SOUTH CAROLINA UNIFORM SECURITIES ACT OF 2005
If a qualified individual reasonably believes that the financial exploitation of an eligible adult may have occurred, may have been attempted, or is being attempted, then the qualified individual may promptly notify the agencies.
