As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)"Authority" means the Lake Paul A. Wallace Authority, a body corporate and politic created to receive, manage, maintain, and operate the property known as Lake Paul A. Wallace located in Marlboro County.
(2)"Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.
(3)"Lake" means Lake Paul A. Wallace.
