§ 43-31-120 — Vocational rehabilitation fund.
There is created a special fund, to be known as the vocational rehabilitation fund. The fund shall consist of all monies appropriated by this State and all monies received from the United States or any other source for such purpose, as provided by this chapter. All monies in this fund shall be deposited, administered, and disbursed in the same manner and under the same conditions and requirements as provided by law for other public funds in the State Treasury. All monies in this fund are appropriated and made available to the agency, and shall be expended solely for the purposes of this chapter.
