ARTICLE 145 "Virginia Tech" Special License Plates Code Commissioner's Note At the direction of the Code Commissioner, Article 142, as added by 2017 Act No. 65, Section 5, was redesignated as Article 145 to accommodate the addition of Article 142 added by 2017 Act No. 21, Section 1.
