Any deeds or contracts required in carrying out the provisions of this article may be executed and delivered on behalf of the department by the director.

Effect of Amendment The 2010 amendment deleted "by resolution of the board," after "this article may" and substituted "on behalf of the department" for "on its behalf by its chairman and".
