Text
No rule or regulation shall require a license for, or prohibit for lack of license, the performance of any kind of construction, alteration, repair, electrical wiring installation or other work upon any property by the owner thereof, or (a) by employees of the owner or members of the family of the owner; or (b) by or for public utility corporations subject to regulation by the duly constituted authorities of the Public Service Commission and where such property is required as a part of the plant of any such corporation and is so utilized in rendering its service to the public. The words "by employees of the owner," as used in this section, shall not be construed to include any contractor employed by the owner; nor shall the wording in this section be interpreted so as to abrogate or in any
