§ 44-23-40 — Appeal to court from rules and regulations.

South Carolina·Title 44 HEALTH·Ch. 23 PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO BOTH MENTALLY ILL PERSONS AND PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY
Any person affected by the rules and regulations of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities adopted pursuant to Section 44-9-100 shall have the right to appeal therefrom to any court of record.
