§ 24-22-170 — Termination of system and regulations.
South Carolina·Title 24 CORRECTIONS, JAILS, PROBATIONS, PAROLES AND PARDONS·Ch. 22 CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM AND ADULT CRIMINAL OFFENDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The offender management system and any regulations promulgated thereto shall terminate July 1, 1995 unless extended by the General Assembly.
