§ 24-21-970 — Pardon considered in cases of terminal illness.

South Carolina·Title 24 CORRECTIONS, JAILS, PROBATIONS, PAROLES AND PARDONS·Ch. 21 PROBATION, PAROLE AND PARDON
Consideration shall be given to any inmate afflicted with a terminal illness where life expectancy is one year or less.
