§ 24-21-920 — Clemency in other cases.
South Carolina·Title 24 CORRECTIONS, JAILS, PROBATIONS, PAROLES AND PARDONS·Ch. 21 PROBATION, PAROLE AND PARDON
In all other cases than those referred to in Section 24-21-910 the right of granting clemency shall be vested in the Board.
