The Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services shall receive compensation in an amount provided by the General Assembly in the annual general appropriations act.

Effect of Amendment The 2012 amendment substituted "compensation in an amount provided by the General Assembly in the annual appropriations act" for "a hearing fee under a plan approved by the Budget and Control Board".
