(A)It is the responsibility of the commission to ascertain when vacancies are to occur on the following boards:
(1)The Citadel Board of Visitors (2) Clemson University Board of Trustees (3) Coastal Carolina University Board of Trustees (4) College of Charleston Board of Trustees (5) Francis Marion University Board of Trustees (6) Lander University Board of Trustees (7) The Medical University of South Carolina Board of Trustees (8) South Carolina State University Board of Trustees (9) The University of South Carolina Board of Trustees (10) Winthrop University Board of Trustees (11) Old Exchange Building Commission (12) Wil Lou Gray Opportunity School Board of Trustees.
