§ 50-19-590 — Penalties.
South Carolina·Title 50 FISH, GAME AND WATERCRAFT·Ch. 19 SPECIAL HUNTING AND FISHING PROVISIONS FOR CERTAIN COUNTIES AND AREAS
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as follows:
(1)For a first offense by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment of not less than ten days or more than thirty days;
(2)For a second offense by a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment of not less than fifteen days or more than thirty days; and (3) For a third offense by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars or by imprisonment of not less than thirty days, in the discretion of the court having jurisdiction.
