Text
For the purpose of nominating candidates to be voted upon for election to commodity boards, or to be considered as candidates for appointment to commodity boards, the Commission shall call separate meetings of the affected producers, and in case elections or appointments shall be by districts he shall call separate meetings for each district. However, at the inception of any marketing agreement or order, nominations may be at the issuance hearing. Nomination meetings shall be called annually and at least thirty days in advance of the date set for the election or appointment of board members.
