§ 27-16-150 — Tribe not required to pay fee in lieu of school taxes.

South Carolina·Title 27 PROPERTY AND CONVEYANCES·Ch. 16 CATAWBA INDIAN CLAIMS SETTLEMENT ACT

Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, the Tribe is not required to pay any fee in lieu of school taxes beginning with school years after 2007-2008.
