§ 58-15-450 — Transfer or other disposition of canal rights of State.
South Carolina·Title 58 PUBLIC UTILITIES, SERVICES AND CARRIERS·Ch. 15 RAILROAD, STREET RAILWAY, STEAMBOAT AND CANAL COMPANIES
No rights of the State in canals shall be transferred, leased, conveyed away or otherwise used or burdened except by act of the General Assembly.
