§ 58-15-270 — Stockholder's right to inspect books.
South Carolina·Title 58 PUBLIC UTILITIES, SERVICES AND CARRIERS·Ch. 15 RAILROAD, STREET RAILWAY, STEAMBOAT AND CANAL COMPANIES
The books of any corporation organized under this chapter shall be at all times open to the inspection of any stockholder.
