§ 58-15-260 — Stock transfer shall be valid, except between parties, only if entered on corporation's books.

South Carolina·Title 58 PUBLIC UTILITIES, SERVICES AND CARRIERS·Ch. 15 RAILROAD, STREET RAILWAY, STEAMBOAT AND CANAL COMPANIES
No transfer of stock of a corporation organized under this chapter shall be valid, except as between the parties, until it shall have been regularly entered upon the books of the corporation.
