§ 58-15-210 — Charters subject to repeal, alteration or amendment.
South Carolina·Title 58 PUBLIC UTILITIES, SERVICES AND CARRIERS·Ch. 15 RAILROAD, STREET RAILWAY, STEAMBOAT AND CANAL COMPANIES
Any such charter shall be subject to repeal, alteration or amendment by the General Assembly.
