Text
Any person who shall, within the bounds of any market established under the provisions of this chapter and Article 1, Chapter 19, violate any of the provisions hereof is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisonment for not exceeding thirty days.

HISTORY: 1962 Code SECTION 3-200.9; 1975 (59) 258; 2017 Act No. 31 (S.570), SECTION 5, eff May 10, 2017. Effect of Amendment 2017 Act No. 31, SECTION 5, substituted "is guilty" for "or any rule or regulation promulgated hereunder shall be guilty", and made a nonsubstantive change.
