Text

The disability of minority of any male or female veteran otherwise eligible for guaranty of a loan pursuant to the provisions of Title III, Public Law 346, 78th Congress of the United States of America, approved June 22, 1944, known as the "Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944," (58 Statutes at Large 284), and all acts amendatory thereto, and of the minor spouse, widow or widower of such minor male or female veteran is hereby removed solely for the purpose of acquiring, encumbering, selling and conveying property and the incurring of indebtedness or obligations incident to either or both, or the refinancing thereof, and litigating or settling controversies arising therefrom, if all or part of the obligations incident to such transaction be guaranteed by the Veterans Administration pursuan
