The county board shall thereupon cause notice of its action to be published for three successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the county which shall state:

(a)The results of its action;

(b)The extent to which bonds of the special purpose district are to be issued and the method to be provided for their payment; and (c) Whether or not an election shall be ordered in the special purpose district upon the question of the issuance of bonds of the special purpose district.
