§ 6-11-276 — Authority to borrow in anticipation of taxes.

South Carolina·Title 6 LOCAL GOVERNMENT—PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO SPECIAL PURPOSE DISTRICTS AND OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS·Ch. 11 SPECIAL PURPOSE OR PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICTS GENERALLY
Each special purpose district referred to in SECTION 6-11-275 is authorized to borrow funds in anticipation of any annual tax levy, not to exceed seventy-five percent, with the written approval of the county governing body.
