Text

The commission is authorized to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages at facilities on airport property designed for the sale of food and beverage items. The hours and days of sales must be established and regulated by the commission, and may not be in conflict with state law and to adopt and promulgate rules and regulations governing the use of roads, streets, buildings, services, and parking facilities on lands of the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District. These rules and regulations shall not be in conflict with any state law and all state laws shall be applicable to the roads, streets and parking facilities under the control of the commission.
