§ 23-11-10 — Time for election.
South Carolina·Title 23 LAW ENFORCEMENT AND PUBLIC SAFETY·Ch. 11 SHERIFFS—ELECTION, QUALIFICATIONS AND VACANCIES IN OFFICE
There shall be an election for sheriff held in each county at the general election in each presidential election year.
