Text
All institutions, departments, and agencies shall file an annual report with the board at the time the board specifies. The board shall prescribe specifications and deadlines as are practicable for the reports, the objective being to limit the content and style of printing, and thus keep the cost of their publication within reasonable limits. The board shall have the reports printed and made available on or before January first to each member of the General Assembly at his request and to the State Library. The board shall report annually to the General Assembly on the expenditure of appropriations for the reports showing, by departments, the number of copies and cost of publication.
