There is created a Division of Aeronautics within the South Carolina State Fiscal Accountability Authority that shall be governed by the Aeronautics Commission as provided in Chapter 1, Title 57.

Effect of Amendment The 1994 amendment substituted "Secretary of Commerce" for "Director of the Department of Commerce". The 2012 amendment substituted "South Carolina Budget and Control Board that shall" for "Department of Commerce which shall"; substituted "Aeronautics Commission" for "Secretary of Commerce"; substituted "57" for "13"; and, made other, nonsubstantive, changes.
