South Carolina Statutes
§ 35-1-860 — Immunity from administrative and civil liability arising from a delay pursuant to Section 35-1-850.
A qualified individual who, in good faith and exercising reasonable care, complies with Section 35-1-850 shall be immune from any administrative or civil liability that might otherwise arise from such delay of a requested disbursement or transaction.
