§ 35-1-840 — Immunity from administrative and civil liability arising from a disclosure pursuant to Section 35-1-830.

South Carolina·Title 35 SECURITIES·Ch. 1 SOUTH CAROLINA UNIFORM SECURITIES ACT OF 2005
A qualified individual who, in good faith and exercising reasonable care, complies with Section 35-1-830 shall be immune from any administrative or civil liability that might otherwise arise from such a disclosure.
