§ 3-1-450 — Consent of board to extension of national forests.

South Carolina·Title 3 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, AGREEMENTS AND RELATIONS WITH·Ch. 1 CONSENT TO ACQUISITION OF LANDS BY UNITED STATES GENERALLY

There shall be no further expansion of the national forest acquisition boundaries in this State except with the consent of the South Carolina National Forest Land Board.
