The Adjutant General shall post on the South Carolina National Guard website a list of the rights a servicemember or a servicemember's dependent has pursuant to both the South Carolina Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and the federal Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. Section 3901, et seq.
