§ 25-1-4050 — Rights and protections provided to dependents of servicemembers.

A dependent of a servicemember engaged in military service has the same rights and protections provided to a servicemember pursuant to Section 25-1-4060 and Subchapter II, Chapter 50, Title 50 of the U.S.C.
