§ 25-1-2880 — Principals.

South Carolina·Title 25 MILITARY, CIVIL DEFENSE AND VETERANS AFFAIRS·Ch. 1 MILITARY CODE
Any person is a principal who is subject to the code and who: 1. commits an offense punishable by the code, or aids, abets, counsels, commands, or procures its commission; or 2. causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him would be punishable by the code.
