§ 9-9-26. Appropriations — Expenses.
The general assembly shall annually appropriate such sums as it shall deem necessary
            to carry out the provisions of this chapter and chapter 10 of this title; and the
            state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon
            the general treasurer for the payment of such sum or sums as may be from time to time
            required, upon the receipt by him or her of proper vouchers approved by the jury commissioner.
