§ 9-5-10.4. Renewal of certification of certified constables.

A certified constable shall be required to renew his or her certification every two

(2)years. Any certified constable failing to renew his or her certification shall no longer be approved to serve as a certified constable. At the time of renewal, the certified constable shall submit a renewal application fee of four hundred dollars ($400) and provide evidence that he or she has completed ten (10) hours of approved continuing education in the areas of service of process within the prior twenty-four-month
