§ 9-29-13. Naturalization fees.
No fee shall be required in any court upon any declaration or petition under the naturalization
            laws of the United States, or for any process or procedure thereunder, except as hereinafter
            provided. The clerk's fee in such cases, including certificate, shall be five dollars
            ($5.00), which shall be deposited into the general fund and credited to the supreme
            court account.
