§ 9-26-29. Execution against body of a deputy sheriff for want of property.
For want of goods and chattels and real estate or other property, subject to levy
            on execution, the director of public safety may designate a deputy sheriff to take
            the body of the defendant and commit him or her to the adult correctional institutions,
            whenever the writ of execution shall command him or her so to do.
