§ 9-26-28. Execution against a deputy sheriff.
Whenever judgment shall be rendered against any person holding the office of deputy
            sheriff, the execution issued thereon, directed in the ordinary form, may be delivered
            to the division of sheriffs who, may levy on the property, subject to levy on execution,
            of the defendant, and proceed and sell the property according to law.
